Descripción del empleo

  • Analizar y documentar casos relacionados con diferencias de precios y procesos de refacturación.
  • Generar reportes de seguimiento sobre las causas y tendencias de diferencias de precio y refacturaciones.
  • Apoyar en la creación y actualización de dashboards e indicadores para la toma de decisiones.
  • Desarrollar y mantener reportes mensuales de KPIs del área de Finanzas y Contraloría.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores financieros y preparar reportes periódicos de desempeño.
  • Brindar soporte en la actualización y mantenimiento de reportes y cubos de información (KOMPAS y otras herramientas).
  • Colaborar en actividades relacionadas con el cierre financiero mensual para asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno de los procesos.
  • Apoyar en la documentación, estandarización y mejora de procesos internos.
  • Elaborar documentación de procedimientos y handovers para fortalecer la gestión del conocimiento dentro del área.
  • Participar en proyectos de levantamiento, análisis e investigación de información financiera y operativa.

Requisitos

Escolaridad: Estudiantes de últimos semestres de carreras como Contaduría, Finanzas, Economía o a fin.

Inglés: Intermedio.

Horario: 8:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m., sujeto a horario escolar.

Esquema: Híbrido.

Conocimiento básico:

• Contabilidad / Finanzas

• Excel intermedio

• Análisis de información financiera

• Elaboración y seguimiento de reportes

  • MPORTANTE: Ser estudiante activo y contar con disponibilidad para permanecer en el programa durante 12 meses.
  • SEGURO FACULTATIVO: Indispensable contar con seguro facultativo vigente durante los 12 meses del programa.
