Wir bieten eine umfassende Palette von Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Standortbestimmung, Bewerbungstraining, Coaching, Laufbahnberatung und Stellenvermittlung im Auftrag von institutionellen Kund\* 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir:

Coach / Kursleiter\*in (w/m/d), 80–100 %

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:

  • Durchführung von Aufnahmegesprächen zur Bedarfsanalyse und Festlegung geeigneter Unterstützungsmassnahmen Coaching von Stellensuchenden (RAV, IV, Sozialhilfe) im Bewerbungsprozess: Aktualisierung der Unterlagen, Entwicklung von Strategien, Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgespräche sowie Kontakt zu Arbeitgebenden
  • Leitung von dreiwöchigen Bewerbungskursen für fremdsprachige Stellensuchende mit geringen Deutschkenntnissen, jeweils halbtags am Vormittag oder Nachmittag
  • Regelmässige Kontaktpflege mit den zuweisenden Auftraggebenden sowie schriftliche und mündliche Berichterstattung zur Situation der Klient\*innen
  • Akquise von Praktikumsplätzen sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu potenziellen Arbeitgebenden
  • Förderung der Fähigkeiten, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative der Klient\*innen im Bewerbungsprozess

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im sozialen, psychologischen oder vergleichbaren Bereich
  • SVEB\-Zertifikat Ausbilder\*in oder die Bereitschaft, dieses zeitnah zu erwerben
  • Weiterbildung im lösungs\- und ressourcenorientierten Coaching
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Coaching von Stellensuchenden im Kontext von RAV, IV und Sozialhilfe sowie gute Kenntnisse des Arbeitsmarkts in der Region Basel
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und Freude am Erstellen aussagekräftiger, moderner und individueller Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen unterschiedlicher kultureller und sprachlicher HintergründeFremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
