Som platschef på Contractor Mark I Umeå ansvarar du för våra markprojekt. Tillsammans med VD och övriga kollegor samt koncernens stödfunktioner ser du till att leverera hög kvalitet i rätt tid till våra nöjda kunder. Arbetsuppgifterna varierar beroende på vilket projekt du ansvarar för, därför är det viktigt att du är en person som gillar eget ansvar och som går igång på att jobben är omväxlande och dagarna aldrig desamma.

Du beskriver dig själv som engagerad, effektiv och affärsmässig. Du gillar att jobba mot konkreta målsättningar, oavsett om de är dina egna, projektets eller företagets, och tar stort ansvar för att se till att målen uppfylls. Samtidigt är du en varm och närvarande person som tycker om att samarbeta och finnas där för andra människor. För som platschef jobbar du också med att utveckla relationerna till dina medarbetare och dina kunder. En av dina viktigaste arbetsuppgifter blir därför att skapa motiverade och engagerade team som jobbar mot samma mål. Så vi har möjlighet att tillfredsställa, eller till och med överträffa, kundens förväntningar.

För att lyckas bra med jobbet vill vi att du har erfarenhet av liknande ledarroller inom bygg- och anläggning, eller likvärdig kompetens. Det är meriterande om du har goda kunskaper om entreprenadjuridik och mängdreglering enligt mät- och ersättningsregler i MER.
