Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und Führung der Ihnen anvertrauten Unterkunft in personeller, fachlicher und betrieblicher Hinsicht nach Vorgaben von Convalere AG
  • Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen, professionellen und menschenwürdigen Betreuung von geflüchteten Personen
  • Führung und Entwicklung interdisziplinärer Teams sowie Einsatzplanung des Betreuungspersonals
  • Gewährleistung eines geregelten Betriebs: Belegungsmanagement, Einhaltung von Hausordnung, Sicherheits\- und Brandschutzbestimmungen, Organisation von Reinigung und Instandhaltung
  • Koordination von Umzügen, Transfers und Schnittstellen mit externen Dienstleistern (Verpflegung und Sicherheit)
  • Unterstützung der Klienten bei der Bewältigung des Alltags, inkl. Aufnahmegespräche, Information über Rechte und Pflichten, Zugang zur medizinischen Grundversorgung, Auszahlung von Unterstützungsleistungen
  • Sicherstellung von fortlaufenden Aktivierungsmassnahmen der Klienten im Sinne einer gesellschaftlichen Integration
  • Pflege einer transparenten Administration: Rapportwesen, Dokumentation, Budgetbewirtschaftung und Vertragsumsetzung
  • Sicherstellung der Kommunikation mit Behörden, Blaulichtorganisationen, Gemeinden, Schulen sowie weiteren Partnern
  • Strategische Mitgestaltung und laufende Optimierung von Prozessen, um eine hohe Qualität der Betreuung auch in komplexen und dynamischen Situationen zu gewährleisten

Ihr Profil

Ihre fachlichen Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Mindestens zweijährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion im Asylbereich
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2\) Wort und Schrift
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein (KVP, Kunden\-/Klienten und Prozessdokumentation)
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise (Planung, Dokumentation, Ablage etc.)
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Behörden
  • Einwandfreier Leumund (Straf\- Betreibungsregister ohne Einträge)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängiger Klientensoftware Tutoris von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Software wie Word, Excel, SharePoint etc.
