Die Convalere AG ist ein seit 2013 etabliertes Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Sozial\- und Integrationsbereich. Standortleitung Pflege Bundesasylzentrum Allschwil (m/w/d) ==========================================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und operative Leitung von Medic\-Help an einem Bundesasylzentrum
  • Führung und Einsatzkoordination des Medic\-Help\-Teams
  • Sicherstellung der gesundheitlichen Erstabklärung und Triage
  • Organisation notwendiger ärztlicher und externer medizinischer Behandlungen
  • Sicherstellung eines fachgerechten Medikamentenmanagements im jeweiligen Kompetenzrahmen
  • Koordination mit Ärzten, Spitälern, Apotheken und weiteren Gesundheitsdienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung der vollständigen medizinischen Dokumentation im Patienteninformationssystem
  • Umsetzung von Hygiene\-, Präventions\- und Infektionsschutzmassnahmen
  • Erkennen und Eskalieren medizinischer Risiken und besonderer Ereignisse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Regionalleitung Medic\-Help, BAZ\-Leitung Betreuung und weiteren Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Führungserfahrung
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens Niveau C1
  • Erfahrung in Triage, Grundversorgung oder einem vergleichbaren Gesundheitssetting von Vorteil
  • Gute Führungs\-, Organisations\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Sorgfalt bei medizinischer Dokumentation und vertraulichen Informationen
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Belastbarkeit
