Sobre el rol

Brindar educación especializada a personas con ostomía y/o cateterismo intermitente limpio (CVI), sus familiares y cuidadores mediante un proceso estructurado de capacitación basado en el algoritmo clínico de Convatec y el programa Me+, promoviendo el autocuidado, la correcta utilización del portafolio de productos y la continuidad del tratamiento. Asimismo, generar demanda de nuevos pacientes, fortalecer la relación con los profesionales de la salud y colaborar con el equipo comercial para incrementar el acceso y la permanencia de los pacientes en el programa.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Educación y acompañamiento de pacientes con estomas de eliminación y/o CVI.
  • Promoción y generación de pacientes para el Programa Me+.
  • Promoción y educación sobre el portafolio Convatec.
  • Registro y administración de información del paciente.
  • Organizar y gestionar su agenda, rutas y actividades de educación de acuerdo con las prioridades establecidas.
  • Programar y priorizar sesiones educativas con pacientes dentro de los hospitales y cuentas asignadas.
  • Brindar recomendaciones educativas y de producto con base en las necesidades del paciente y el Algoritmo Clínico Convatec.
  • Coordinar actividades habituales con profesionales de la salud y el equipo comercial, dentro de los lineamientos establecidos del Programa Me+.
  • Escalar a su supervisor situaciones clínicas, operativas, de seguridad o cumplimiento que estén fuera del alcance de su función.

Requisitos, habilidades y experiencia

  • Educación y orientación al paciente.
  • Conocimientos en ostomías y/o Cateterismo Intermitente Limpio (CVI).
  • Aplicación de algoritmos de valoración clínica.
  • Manejo de CRM y registro de información.
  • Conocimiento en protección de datos personales y documentación.
  • Planeación, organización y gestión de rutas.
  • Comunicación efectiva y habilidades de presentación.
  • Empatía y orientación al paciente.
  • Trabajo colaborativo.
  • Resolución de problemas y adaptabilidad
  • Orientación a resultados y ética profesional.

Educación

  • Licenciatura en Enfermería titulada.
  • Diplomado en heridas y estomas.
  • Especialista/ Maestría en cuidado de heridas y estomas con titulo y cédula (Deseable).
  • Experiencia o conocimientos en educación y acompañamiento al paciente.
  • Deseable experiencia o capacitación en estomaterapia y/o Cateterismo Intermitente Limpio (CVI).
  • Conocimiento de normatividad aplicable a protección de datos y atención de pacientes.
  • Título y cédula, indispensable.

  • Coordinadora del Programa Me+: seguimiento de objetivos, actividades, indicadores y escalamiento de situaciones.
  • Equipo Comercial: coordinación de actividades, hospitales, generación y referencia de pacientes.
  • CIC: coordinación y seguimiento de pacientes enrolados en el programa.
  • Áreas internas relacionadas: capacitación, soporte y cumplimiento de procesos del programa.

Externos:

  • Pacientes, familiares y cuidadores: educación y acompañamiento dentro del Programa Me+.
  • Profesionales de la salud: presentación del programa, educación y generación/referencia de pacientes.
  • Hospitales y centros de referencia: coordinación de actividades educativas y captación de pacientes.
  • Centros de entrega/dispensación: generación de demanda y educación sobre el portafolio Convatec.
  • Asociaciones de pacientes: difusión del programa y generación de pacientes.

Idiomas

  • Español: hablado – Sí / escrito y lectura – Sí.
  • Inglés: deseable.

Condiciones laborales

  • Trabajo principalmente en campo, con visitas programadas a hospitales, instituciones de salud y centros asignados. Incluye actividades administrativas, registro de información en CRM y participación en reuniones presenciales o virtuales.
  • Disponibilidad para adaptar agenda y rutas de acuerdo con las necesidades de atención de pacientes y del programa. Cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad, protección de datos personales y lineamientos internos de Convatec.
