Sobre el rol

Brinda asistencia y apoyo a los médicos y otros proveedores médicos en la evaluación, planificación y atención al paciente. Evalúa el estado de salud física y psicosocial mediante la recopilación de datos de salud. Identifica problemas basándose en la interpretación de los hallazgos. Evalúa la necesidad de intervención inmediata de enfermería, consulta y derivación a otros miembros del equipo de salud. Participa con el médico en la formulación de políticas, procedimientos y protocolos para el manejo de problemas de salud particulares. Monitorea y gestiona la atención de condiciones crónicas estabilizadas. Enseña, asesora y orienta a los pacientes sobre la gestión sanitaria.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Elaboración de la historia clínica digital y/o manual a todo paciente que sea atendido en Convatec Medical Care y su correspondiente registro de evolución, ajustándose a las normas establecidas.
  • En la consulta de inducción o de control periódico establecer el plan de tratamiento de acuerdo a la condición clínica del paciente, siguiendo las guías y protocolos de práctica clínica de Convatec Medical Care para pacientes de alta, media y baja complejidad.
  • Archivar las fotografías de seguimiento de pacientes en carpetas digitales (por aseguradora, paciente y fecha).
  • Responder a las llamadas de solicitud de asesoría que hagan los usuarios.
  • Proyección y reporte de los planes de tratamiento de los pacientes nuevos en el programa de clínica de heridas ambulatorio o domiciliario.
  • Elaboración de informes de pacientes y planillas cuando se requiera.
  • Informe mensual de los pacientes valorados en el domicilio y participación en auditorías.
  • Evaluar y supervisar el cumplimiento de normas de higiene de la clínica durante la ejecución de tareas de limpieza y desinfección del box de atención
  • Evaluar y supervisar el cumplimiento de medidas de control y prevención de infecciones durante la atención de pacientes, según norma de la clínica.
  • Coordinar la solicitud y entrega de insumos a las enfermeras PAD, y manejar un registro completo de estas acciones.

​Requisitos

  • Profesional en Enfermería.
  • Ubicación: Neiva.
  • Experiencia en clínica de heridas y ostomías.
  • Amplio conocimiento de los productos y servicios de Convatec.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbales y escritas.
  • Habilidad excepcional de servicio al cliente y capacidad de multi-tarea bajo presión.
  • Atención al detalle, gestión de tiempo.
  • Amplio conocimiento de protocolos de atención al paciente con heridas y ostomías.
  • Habilidades técnicas y de seguimiento de los tratamientos de los pacientes e identificación de complicación.
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en equipo.
  • Deseable especialización en auditoría con proveedores o aseguradores o educación.
