Eckdaten Arbeitgeber: Convit Central GmbH Region: Konolfingen und Umgebung · hybrid, Homeoffice möglich Ausbildungs- und Teamtage: Grubenstrasse 107, 3322 Schönbühl, Schweiz Vertragsart: Unbefristete Anstellung; Pensum gemäss freigegebener Stellenplanung Verdienst (OTE): CHF 1'500–7'500 pro Monat (Fixum + variable Anteile, abhängig vom Pensum) Sprache: Deutsch B2 oder höher

Aufgaben

  • Bedarfssituationen analysieren und Beratungstermine sorgfältig vorbereiten
  • Vorsorgelösungen im freigegebenen Umfang verständlich erklären
  • Dossiers und Auswertungen gewissenhaft dokumentieren und nachführen

Dein Profil

Eine VBV-Qualifikation mindestens im Profil Leben ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung für den Einstieg. Wenn du sie bereits besitzt, reiche bitte deinen Nachweis und Angaben zum aktuellen Weiterbildungsstatus ein. Ohne Qualifikation setzen wir Lernbereitschaft und die Bereitschaft voraus, die erforderlichen Qualifikationen zu erwerben. Beratung und Vermittlung übernimmst du erst nach Erfüllung der dafür geltenden Anforderungen und interner Freigabe.

  • Freude am persönlichen Austausch und an einer sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft und Motivation zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie verlässliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch

Ausbildung und Qualifikation

Falls du noch keine VBV-Qualifikation besitzt, ist der Vorbereitungskurs auf die VBV-Zulassungsprüfung für dich kostenlos; die Kurskosten übernimmt Convit. Der Qualifikationsnachweis setzt das Bestehen der entsprechenden Prüfung sowie die Erfüllung der geltenden Anforderungen voraus.
