Eckdaten Arbeitgeber: Convit Central GmbH Region: Zollikofen und Umgebung · hybrid, Homeoffice möglich Ausbildungs- und Teamtage: Grubenstrasse 107, 3322 Schönbühl, Schweiz Vertragsart: Unbefristete Anstellung; Pensum gemäss freigegebener Stellenplanung Verdienst (OTE): CHF 1'500–7'500 pro Monat (Fixum + variable Anteile, abhängig vom Pensum) Sprache: Deutsch B2 oder höher

Aufgaben

  • Fundiertes Fachwissen rund um die private Vorsorge aufbauen
  • Unterlagen für Beratungsgespräche sorgfältig vorbereiten und nachbearbeiten
  • Spätere Durchführung eigener Beratungen nach interner Freigabe

Dein Profil

Du benötigst zum Einstieg noch keine VBV-Qualifikation. Vorausgesetzt werden Lernbereitschaft und die Bereitschaft, die erforderlichen Qualifikationen zu erwerben. Beratung und Vermittlung übernimmst du erst nach Erfüllung der dafür geltenden Anforderungen und interner Freigabe.

  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und am strukturierten Lernen
  • Verlässliche, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
  • Starke mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit auf Deutsch

Ausbildung und Qualifikation

Der Vorbereitungskurs auf die VBV-Zulassungsprüfung ist für dich kostenlos; die Kurskosten übernimmt Convit. Der Qualifikationsnachweis setzt das Bestehen der entsprechenden Prüfung sowie die Erfüllung der geltenden Anforderungen voraus.
