The posting

Missão:

Prestar suporte técnico e administrativo às atividades de assistência técnica, assegurando o controle, registro e acompanhamento das demandas de manutenção, vistorias e orçamento, com foco na rastreabilidade das informações, cumprimento de prazos, conformidade técnica dos serviços executados e apoio à tomada de decisão da gestão.

  • Apoiar na elaboração e atualização dos relatórios individuais de obra e registro fotográfico padronizado.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de orçamentos de obras de manutenção e no acompanhamento do controle orçamentário (previsto x realizado).
  • Alimentar e manter atualizadas as planilhas de Budget da GE e demais controles internos.
  • Registrar e acompanhar demandas de assistência técnica da abertura ao encerramento.
  • Contatar fornecedores para serviços de manutenção (roçagem, limpeza, reparos), solicitar orçamentos e acompanhar prazos de execução.
  • Realizar vistorias técnicas em lotes e áreas comuns e acompanhar serviços de manutenção verificando conformidade com o escopo contratado.
  • Organizar e arquivar documentos na estrutura de pastas ASTEC.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens pontuais.

Formação:

  • Cursando ou concluído: Técnico em Edificações, Tecnologia em Construção Civil ou Engenharia Civil.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Leitura e interpretação de projetos de engenharia civil (implantação, drenagem, terraplenagem e infraestrutura urbana).
  • Orçamentação básica de obras de manutenção (levantamento de quantitativos simples e cotações).
  • Gestão de demandas e processos de assistência técnica (registro, acompanhamento e encerramento de chamados).
  • Elaboração de relatórios técnicos e registros fotográficos padronizados.
  • Pacote Office (ênfase em Excel) para controle de dados, planilhas e indicadores.
  • Organização documental e gestão de arquivos digitais.
  • Noções de contratos e escopo de serviços para acompanhamento de fornecedores.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em obras, manutenção ou assistência técnica.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão (ERP, Power BI, MS Project ou similares).
  • CNH categoria B (devido a vistorias e viagens pontuais).
