Convoicar est le seul service de jockey dédié exclusivement aux concessionnaires automobiles.

En tant que jockey Convoicar, vous transporterez des véhicules pour les livrer aux clients des concessions sur toute la France.

Les concessionnaires automobiles ont des contraintes et des attentes que Convoicar connaît bien.

Les processus mis en place pour satisfaire les concessionnaires sont essentiels et garantissent une expérience client optimale.

Le respect des concessionnaires, des clients des concessionnaires, et des processus de Convoicar constituent le coeur de l’identité de Convoicar et de ses jockeys

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recrutons plusieurs:

Chauffeur / Jockey indépendant (H/F)

Les missions principales consistent à:

  • Intervenir auprès des concessions automobiles;
  • Livrer un véhicule neuf chez un client;
  • Établir un état des lieux du véhicule à chaque arrivé et départ;
  • Assurer une présentation des véhicules + remplir les documents administratifs nécessaires au bon déroulement de la mission;
  • Veiller au respect des horaires et du code de la route;
  • Veiller au respect de l’image de marque des concessions.

Qu’est-ce qu’un jockey ?

A la différence des missions de convoyage automobile, les missions de Jockey intègrent une forte relation client avec les automobilistes. Lorsqu'il prend en charge un véhicule pour une livraison, le jockey est le garant de l’image de marque de nos clients (concessionnaires, constructeurs automobiles).

La bonne conduite et le savoir-être sont donc deux qualités primordiales à la bonne réalisation des missions.

Profils recherchés:

  • Être micro-entrepreneur ou à son compte
  • Avoir entre 20 et 77 ans;)
  • Posséder le permis depuis 30 mois minimum

Savoir-être:

  • Aisance relationnelle
  • Bonne qualité d'élocution
  • Autonomie et gestion des imprévus
  • Bonne présentation
  • Aimer circuler en zone urbaine

Savoir-faire:

  • Maîtriser les outils internet avec un smartphone
  • Avoir une première expérience en tant que chauffeur ou voiturier est un plus
  • Une appétence pour la relation client est un plus
