The posting

​​The Project Accountant is responsible for completing pay applications and assisting with billing. This person will work in direct support of the Accounting Manager.​   Essential Functions

​​Assist with billing, specifically in regard to Locklear/Rogers projects  ​Reconcile jobs  ​Change order research and help get change orders for all salesmen ​Proper project close out ​Comsense reports, cleaning up WIP and sales orders  ​Research back charges, missing material, change orders, etc. ​Other relative duties as assigned​

  Minimum Qualifications

​​​Associates’ degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience ​Experience in both construction and accounting related positions preferred ​Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test​​

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

​​Strong mathematical and analytical skills required ​Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products specifically Excel ​Strong written and verbal communication skills are also critical​

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
