Aufgaben

  • Du bearbeitest telefonische sowie schriftliche Kundendienstanfragen sowie -beanstandungen im 2nd Level und stellst eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.
  • Du erfasst und bearbeitest Bestellungen sowie Retouren.
  • Die Bestellung, Bereitstellung sowie der Versand von Ersatzteilen gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Neben Kundenanfragen bearbeitest du auch Hersteller-Anfragen und unterstützt die Verkaufsstellen bei Kundenanliegen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit POS- sowie Servicetechnikern zusammen.
  • Du stellst einen reibungslosen Service für unsere Kundschaft sicher und prüfst anschliessend die Kundenzufriedenheit.

Anforderungen

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Möbelbranche.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse. Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP R/3 von Vorteil).
  • Deine Freude am Umgang mit der Kundschaft ist spürbar und eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft zeichnet dich aus.
  • Eine exakte sowie sehr kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsflair.
