Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst starke visuelle Leitideen und Gestaltungskonzepte für Kampagnen über POS, Print, Digital und Imagekommunikation hinweg
  • Du erarbeitest Master-Designs und visuelle Systeme, die kanalübergreifend funktionieren und unsere Markenidentität konsistent stärken
  • Du sicherst die kreative Qualität von Kampagnen und Werbemitteln in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Campaign Management und externen Partnern
  • Du übernimmst das fachliche Coaching im Junior-Design-Bereich und förderst die gestalterische Weiterentwicklung im Team
  • Du setzt Konzepte bei Bedarf selbst um und gestaltest Werbemittel, digitale Assets und POS-Massnahmen hands-on mit und du bringst neue Design-, Technologie- und KI-Ansätze in unsere kreative Arbeitsweise ein und hilfst, diese weiterzuentwickeln

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Designer, Art Director oder in einer vergleichbaren kreativen Rolle
  • Ein starkes Portfolio in Kampagne, Branding und visueller Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute konzeptionelle und gestalterische Fähigkeiten mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Gestaltung für Print, POS und digitale Kanäle sowie sehr gute Adobe-CC-Kenntnisse sowie gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Neugier auf neue Technologien und KI sowie Freude daran, kreative Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
