COOP Jednota Brezno - PJ ŠtiavničkaPRACOVNÁ NÁPLŇ - Funkcia - V E D Ú C I P R E D A J N ENa pridelenej zmene ste povinný:- organizovať prácu na predajni tak, aby bol zabezpečený plynulý predaj tovaru zákazníkovi- preberať zodpovedne tovar, uplatňovať odôvodnené reklamácie voči dodávateľovi- tovar do obchodných zariadení vykladať podľa platného dizajn manuálu- zabezpečiť označovanie tovaru platnými informáciami a cenovkami v zmysle legislatívy a cenovkového manuálu- objednávať tovar do letákových akcií tak, aby nechýbal na predajni, ostatný tovar podľa potrieb predajne tak, aby bola dodržaná plánovaná obrátka zásob- sledovať a zabezpečiť predaj tovarov v záručnej dobe- včas riešiť tovary s ohrozenou ZL dopredajom v rámci záručnej doby alebo jeho vysporiadaním s dodávateľom- odovzdávať informácie pre plynulý chod PJ medzi zmenami- odvádzať tržbu podľa pokynov družstva- pravidelne odsúhlasovať účtovné rozdiely v prevádzkovej učtárni - po ukončení otváracej doby zabezpečiť predajňu v zmysle bezpečnostných vnútropodnikových smerníc- zabezpečiť ochranu majetku družstva v zmysle platnej vnútropodnikovej smernice - dodržiavať všetky platné cenové výmery, pokyny a smernice- zabezpečiť archiváciu úradných dokumentov na prístupnom mieste, ktoré predloží kontrolným orgánom k nahliadnutiu- ovládať a dodržiavať základné predpisy pre chod predajne – HACCP a potravinový kódex- plniť príkazy svojich nadriadených- riadiť sa pokynmi zamestnávateľa.
