Vi söker nu en engagerad och resultatinriktad Gruppchef till vår frysterminal i Enköping. Här får du möjlighet att kombinera operativt ledarskap med verksamhetsutveckling i en viktig del av försörjningskedjan.

Om tjänsten

Som Gruppchef har du personalansvar och ansvarar för att leda, planera och följa upp verksamheten inom ditt område på terminalen.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda, coacha och utveckla medarbetare genom att vara inspirerande, närvarande och tillitsfull samt skapa engagemang hos medarbetarna.
  • Ansvara för bemanning, arbetsfördelning och resursplanering
  • Se till att vi följer uppsatta arbetsprocesser med rätt kompetens.
  • Säkerställa mål för produktivitet, kvalitet och arbetsmiljö.
  • Följa upp nyckeltal och initiera förbättringsåtgärder.
  • Driva utveckling och ständig förbättring tillsammans med medarbetarna.
  • Ansvara för att arbetet inom området levererar enligt plan genom att styra den dagliga operativa driften med uppsatta KPI:er.
  • Medverka i rekrytering, utvecklingssamtal och rehabilitering.
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av säkerhetsrutiner, policys och processer.
  • Agera förebild utifrån företagets värderingar och bidra till en engagerande arbetsplats.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är en närvarande ledare med förmåga att skapa engagemang, delaktighet och ansvarstagande.

Vi tror att du har

  • Erfarenhet av att leda och fördela, med eller utan personalansvar
  • Erfarenhet från logistik, terminalverksamhet, lager eller produktion.
  • God förmåga att planera, prioritera och strukturera verksamheten.
  • Erfarenhet av mål- och resultatstyrning.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift.

Arbetstid

Ordinarie arbetstid är måndag till fredag kl. 07.00–16.00. Tjänsten innebär ett operativt ledarskap nära verksamheten och kvälls- och helgarbete kan förekomma utifrån verksamhetens behov.
