Som Varuflödesutvecklare kommer du att arbeta med att:

·Driva utvecklings- och förbättringsinitiativ inom logistikområdet med fokus på kapacitet, flödesoptimering, kundservice och kostnadseffektivitet.

·Projektleda tvärfunktionella projekt genom hela kedjan samt förbättringsprojekt inom Varuflöde.

·Företräda Varuflödesorganisationen i tvärfunktionella samarbetsforum och projekt.

·Stötta Varuflödesorganisationen med expertkompetens inom logistik- och supply chain-frågor.

·Förvalta och utveckla processtyrande dokumentation.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som drivs av förbättringar, innovation och kundorientering och som älskar att ta egna initiativ. Du trivs i både självständiga roller och som en del av ett team, där samarbete och förändringsarbete är en del av vardagen. Du är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och har en naturlig förmåga att inspirera andra.

För att vara framgångsrik i rollen ser vi gärna att du har:

·Minst fem till tio års erfarenhet inom logistik eller supply chain.

·Högskoleutbildning gärna med inriktning mot logistik eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.

·Erfarenhet av att driva förändrings- och förbättringsarbete.

Som person är du analytisk, resultatorienterad, drivande och lösningsorienterad med fokus på vad som är det bästa för hela varuflödeskedjan. Du är kommunikativ och kan presentera komplexa frågeställningar på ett pedagogiskt sätt, samtidigt som du bygger goda relationer. Du arbetar självständigt med hög grad av affärsmässighet och driver initiativ hela vägen från idé till implementering.
