Vi söker nu en ny medarbetare till vår butik. Vi vill att du som söker har en bra initiativförmåga och en positiv energi som smittar av sig, ser kundens behov och med stolthet och glädje levererar branschens bästa kundbemötande.

Som person är du kreativ och kommer gärna med förslag och idéer och har lätt för att arbeta i team. Du har ett öga för detaljer och engagemanget för att skapa en välkomnande, säljande och inspirerande butik. Du drivs av utmaningar, ser möjligheter och har en vilja att hela tiden utveckla och effektivisera såväl verksamheten som dig själv.

Du kommer att få arbeta med alla arbetsuppgifter som är vanligt förekommande i butik, exempelvis;

  • Arbeta i kassan
  • Fylla på varor i hyllorna och fronta
  • Bygga exponering på säljtorg och gavlar
  • Arbeta med fys och svinn
  • Arbeta med egenkontroller
  • Hålla städat och snyggt i butiken

Tillsammans med dina kollegor blir du butikens ansikte utåt och för dig är kunden nummer ett. Du har lätt för att skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer och har egenskapen att inspirera kunden till köpglädje. Du trivs med att vara på språng och att arbeta kroppen. Arbetet i en butik erbjuder dig ett varierande arbete i emellanåt högt tempo och det är viktigt att du känner dig trygg med att hantera stressiga situationer.

Tidigare erfarenhet från arbete i dagligvaruhandeln är mycket meriterande, men personlig lämplighet är minst lika viktigt för oss på Coop.

Tjänsten är ett vikariat (fram till 31/12) på en deltidsanställning på 5 h/v (Vi tillämpar provanställning). Tillträde till tjänsten sker enligt överenskommelse. Rekrytering sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas redan innan sista ansökningsdag.
