Vill du leda en framgångsrik butik där kunden alltid står i centrum? Har du dokumenterad erfarenhet av butiksledning, ett starkt affärsmannaskap och förmågan att inspirera och utveckla medarbetare? Då kan du vara den butikschef vi söker till Stora Coop Karlskoga.

Som butikschef har du det övergripande ansvaret för butikens drift, försäljning, resultat och personal. Du är en närvarande och engagerad ledare som skapar en positiv arbetsmiljö där medarbetare trivs, utvecklas och presterar tillsammans mot gemensamma mål.

Om rollen

I rollen som butikschef ansvarar du för att säkerställa en attraktiv och välskött butik med hög servicegrad, stark lönsamhet och nöjda kunder. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt och leder det dagliga arbetet tillsammans med ditt ledningsteam som består av två säljchefer.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda, coacha och utveckla butikens medarbetare och avdelningsansvariga.
  • Ansvara för butikens försäljning, budget och resultat.
  • Säkerställa en inspirerande butiksmiljö och hög kundservice.
  • Planera och följa upp verksamheten utifrån uppsatta mål och nyckeltal.
  • Driva förändrings- och utvecklingsarbete för att stärka butikens konkurrenskraft.
  • Ansvara för personalplanering, arbetsmiljö och kompetensutveckling.
  • Säkerställa att butikens rutiner, koncept och kvalitetskrav efterlevs.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har flera års erfarenhet av butiksledning inom dagligvaruhandeln.
  • Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av personal-, budget- och resultatansvar.
  • Är en trygg och inspirerande ledare med förmåga att motivera och engagera andra.
  • Har ett starkt affärsfokus och god förståelse för försäljning och lönsamhet.
  • Är kommunikativ, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad.
  • Trivs i en dynamisk miljö där tempot stundtals är högt.
