Stora Coop Kristinehamn söker en Försäljningsledare Kött & Chark. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 38,25 timmar per vecka med tillsättning enligt överenskommelse.

Som Försäljningsledare hos oss har du ett särskilt ansvar för vår kött- och charkavdelning. Tillsammans med säljchef och övriga medarbetare arbetar du för att skapa en inspirerande, välfylld och säljande avdelning där kunden alltid står i fokus. Du är med och driver försäljningen framåt genom ett attraktivt sortiment, god planering och ett starkt engagemang för kundmötet.

I rollen ansvarar du för den dagliga driften och utvecklingen av avdelningen. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat:

  • Beställningar och orderläggning
  • Säljplanering och uppföljning
  • Sortiment, exponering och utveckling av avdelningen
  • Godsmottagning och varupåfyllnad
  • Egenkontroll och kvalitetssäkring
  • Kundservice och försäljning
  • Att säkerställa en attraktiv avdelning med hög varutillgänglighet och inspiration

Vi söker dig som tycker om att ta ansvar, arbeta strukturerat och driva försäljning. Du har ett stort intresse för mat och service, ser möjligheter i vardagen och inspirerar både kunder och kollegor genom ditt engagemang. Du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera operativt arbete med planering och utveckling.
