Stora Coop Skara är en väletablerad och uppskattad butik med bra sortiment och en tydlig ekologisk profil. Våra öppettider är 7-22 alla dagar i veckan för att erbjuda en god tillgänglighet för våra kunder. Butiken har 35 anställda och ett antal extrajobbare.

Vi söker nu dig som vill vara med och göra våra manuella diskar till succéer!

  • Trivs med att vara på språng och att arbeta i högt tempo

I din roll som ansvarig för delikatess och fisk kommer du att ha varierande arbetsuppgifter såsom att ge service till våra kunder i butikens manuella diskar samt ansvara för inköp, försäljning och egenkontroll på avdelningen. Du kommer inneha spetskompetens inom området och ska se till att utvecklingen och driften på avdelningarna sker på ett effektivt och professionellt sätt.

Vi vill att du har lätt för att kommunicera, är tydlig i ditt ledarskap och har ett coachande och stöttande förhållningssätt gentemot dina kollegor. Vidare är duktig på att inspirera och engagera dina medarbetare.

Tidigare erfarenhet från delikatess och fisk ser vi som mycket meriterande.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på deltid 35 h/v. Vi arbetar med provanställning. Rekrytering sker löpande tjänsten kan komma och tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag,
