Din roll:

  • Leda och inspirera: Du är en förebild som motiverar ditt team att nå sina mål. Tillsammans arbetar ni för att skapa en butik där både personal och kunder trivs.
  • Utveckla butiken: Med ditt affärssinne tar du ansvar för budget och affärsplan samt ser till att butiken når sina resultat. Du identifierar möjligheter och implementerar förbättringar som gör skillnad.
  • Skapa kundupplevelser: Du är den som säkerställer att våra kunder får bästa möjliga service och upplevelse i butiken – varje dag.

Är detta du?

Vi söker dig som har en passion för ledarskap och försäljning, med en bakgrund inom detaljhandeln, och:

  • Du har erfarenhet av att leda team och tycker om att se andra växa och utvecklas.
  • Du är affärsmässig och har en god förståelse för att driva lönsamhet och förbättra processer.
  • Du har lätt för att kommunicera och inspirera, både med kunder och medarbetare.
  • Du är kreativ, tänker strategiskt och ser lösningar där andra ser hinder.
