Vi söker nu extra jobbare samt sommarvikarier till vår butik Coop Tidaholm . Vi vill att du som söker har en bra initiativförmåga och en positiv energi som smittar av sig, ser kundens behov och med stolthet och glädje levererar branschens bästa kundbemötande.

Som person är du kreativ och kommer gärna med förslag och idéer och har lätt för att arbeta i team. Du har ett öga för detaljer och engagemanget för att skapa en välkomnande, säljande och inspirerande butik. Du drivs av utmaningar, ser möjligheter och har en vilja att hela tiden utveckla och effektivisera såväl verksamheten som dig själv.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer variera och du kommer att få arbeta med alla arbetsuppgifter som är vanligt förekommande i butik t.ex. kundservice, kassaarbete och varuplock. Kunden ska alltid mötas av en fräsch och välfylld butik och få ett bemötande i absolut toppklass.

Tillsammans med dina kollegor blir du butikens ansikte utåt och för dig är kunden nummer ett. Du har lätt för att skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer och har egenskapen att inspirera kunden till köpglädje. Vidare gillar du att arbeta i ett högt tempo och känner dig trygg i att hantera stressiga situationer.

Tidigare erfarenhet från arbete i dagligvaruhandeln är mycket meriterande, men personlig lämplighet är allra viktigast för oss.

Tjänsterna är extra personal samt sommarvikariat på deltid under perioden juni-augusti. Under sommaren blir det ca. 20-25 h/v och de som börjar jobba extra får timmar efter butikens behov. Rekrytering sker löpande och tjänsterna kan komma att tillsättas redan innan sista ansökningsdag. Arbetstiderna varierar och förekommer både dag- och kvällstid samt helger.

Vi behöver ha in 2st extrajobbare omgående och ca 10st sommarjobbare.
