Som Försäljningsledare på Stora Coop Torsby kommer du att ha särskilt ansvar för vår Frukt och grönt avdelning samt mejeri. Du som söker till oss har förmågan att inspirera! Tillsammans med andra medarbetare är du med och utvecklar butiken och ger kunderna branschens bästa kundbemötande varje dag.

Som Försäljningsledare inom ditt område ansvarar du tillsammans med Säljchef och övriga medarbetare för att utveckla sortiment, merförsäljning och kundupplevelse. Du är en person som gillar att ta ansvar och föregå med gott exempel. Du har rätt kompetens, inställning och attityd för uppgiften och ser fram emot att vara med att utveckla butiken Stora Coop Torsby. Arbetsuppgifterna innebär varuplock, varubeställningar, egenkontroll, säljplanering, uppföljning och härliga kundmöten. Tillsammans skapar vi en attraktiv handels- och arbetsplats. Kunskap att hantera sociala medier är ett krav på denna tjänst.
