Coop Sölvesborg söker en ny säljare till vårt härliga team!

På Coop levererar vi inte bara bra varor till bra priser, vi ser oss själv lite som ett kinder ägg. Vi levererar alltid något spännande till våra kunder, något man kan leka med (främst i köket men vi har andra saker också) och såklart har vi en hel del choklad och andra godsaker. Inte nog med det, kunden får även ett bemötande i toppklass av vår personal.

Att jobba som säljare på Coop är ett högst varierande arbete. Du utför kassaarbete, försäljning, varuplock, exponering, beställningar och massa, massa mer.

Ditt uppdrag som säljare innebär bland annat att:

  • Se till att hyllor alltid är frontade och väl påfyllda
  • Se till att alla varor har rätt priser
  • Hantera reklamationer och synpunkter från kunder enligt riktlinjer på ett proffsigt sätt
  • Hålla butiken välstädad och säljande

Tjänsten är ett vikariat på deltid, 5 timmar i veckan. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Vikariatet sträcker sig under 1 år. Dina arbetstider kan variera då vi har öppet när våra kunder vill handla, från morgon till kväll, måndag till söndag.

  • Erfarenhet och kompetens inom detaljhandelsförsäljning är meriterande
  • Erfarenhet och kompetens inom serviceyrken är meriterande
  • Flerspråkig och erfarenhet/intresse av olika kulturer är meriterande

Det viktigaste för oss är att du genuint intresserad av mat, service och försäljning. Du bör trivas med att arbeta i grupp och aktivt bidra till att skapa ett bra arbetsklimat. Vi vill att du som söker har en bra initiativförmåga och en positiv energi som smittar av sig, ser kundens behov och med stolthet och glädje levererar branschens bästa kundbemötande. Du drivs av utmaningar, ser möjligheter och har en vilja att hela tiden utveckla och effektivisera såväl verksamheten som dig själv. Vi ska inte sticka under stolen med att det kan vara ett stressigt arbete emellanåt, därför är det viktigt att du gillar att arbeta i ett högt tempo och kan behålla lugnet och leendet även i stressiga situationer. Tillsammans med dina kollegor blir du butikens ansikte utåt och för dig är kunden alltid nummer ett.
