Som Säljchef på Coop Simrishamn ingår du i butikens ledningsgrupp. Du har tillsammans med övriga i ledningsgruppen ett gemensamt ansvar för affärsplan, försäljning och resultat i butiken.

Som Säljchef har du en betydande roll där vi ser att du är den naturliga ledaren och kulturbäraren som visar vägen framåt. Genom att vara en förebild för dina säljare inspirerar du dem till att varje dag prestera sitt yttersta. Rollen som Säljchef på coop innebär bland annat personalplanering, affärsmannaskap samt att följa upp koncept och rutiner, allt för att skapa en effektiv drift. Det mest centrala i jobbet innebär att leda och coacha dina medarbetare för att skapa en god arbetsmiljö.

Kunden i våra butiker ska inte bara mötas av bra varor till bra priser, vi vill även att de varje dag upplever matinspiration, intressanta händelser, överraskningar och framför allt får ett bra personligt bemötande från all vår personal. Verklig framgång bygger på att vi älskar våra jobb och visar äkta omtanke och glädje för våra kunder!

Utöver detta ingår även bl a följande arbetsuppgifter i din roll:

  • Följa och förbättra lokala och centrala rutiner
  • Budget, uppföljning & prognoser samt följa upp lokal handlingsplan från uppsatta nyckeltal
  • Ledarskap med kunden i fokus
  • Leda, coacha & utveckla medarbetare, samt identifiera talanger
  • Genomföra och följa upp medarbetarsamtal och målsamtal
  • Arbeta med Coops gemensamma värdegrund och kultur
  • Säkerställa att lagar, regler, avtal & policys efterlevs i butiken
  • Kvalitetsarbete, SAM (Systematisk arbetsmiljö) och SBA (Systematisk brandskyddsarbete)
  • Genomföra centrala initiativ & beslut
  • Planogram & Revideringar
  • Schemaläggning och bemanning
  • Deltaga i det dagliga arbetet (kassa, varuplock, m.m)

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid, 40 timmar per vecka. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse.

Utbildning

  • Gymnasieutbildning är ett krav
  • Eftergymnasial utbildning eller högskola inom relevant område är meriterande

Erfarenhet/kompetens

  • Erfarenhet och kompetens inom detaljhandelsförsäljning är ett krav
  • Relevant ledarskapserfarenhet är ett krav
  • Relevant kompetens i Office-paketet är ett krav
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av butiksdatorsystem
