Nu söker vi en driven säljledare till vår butik Coop Kågeröd!

Som säljledare har du försäljnings-, drift- & resultatansvar för din avdelning i butiken. Du samarbetar tätt med Butikschef, Säljchef samt medarbetare för att optimera och bidra till butikens utveckling och framgång, både på kort och lång sikt.

I ditt kundorienterade ledarskap driver du din avdelning affärsmässigt, utifrån uppsatta mål, tillsammans med ett professionellt ledarskap och kundbemötande.

I ditt arbete ingår att:

  • Leda försäljningsarbetet inom ditt ansvarsområde för att uppnå ökad försäljning, resultat och kundnöjdhet
  • Skapa en säljande och inspirerande miljö på din avdelning
  • Arbeta med Coops gemensama kultur och värdegrund
  • Säkerställa den dagliga driften – bemanning, varuförsörjning, prisvård mm
  • Initiera, leda och driva olika initiativ för att förbättra lönsamhet och resultat
  • Coacha och planera för medarbetarna inom ditt ansvarsområde, såsom arbetsfördelning, kompetensutveckling, introduktion av nya medarbetare, efterföljande av rutiner och regelverk etc.
  • Följa upp utvecklingen av försäljning, budget och marginaler och arbeta aktivt för att reducera svinn och kassationer
  • Säkerställa att Coops hållbarhetspolicy efterlevs
  • Deltaga i den dagliga driften – Kassaarbete, varuplock, m.m.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid, 38,25 timmar per vecka. Start omgående eller enligt överenskommelse. Dina arbetstider kan variera då vi har öppet när våra kunder vill handla, från morgon till kväll, måndag till söndag.

  • Tjänsten kräver erfarenhet och kompetens inom dagligvaru- och/eller detaljhandelsförsäljning eller annat liknande serviceyrke
  • Erfarenhet av att leda personal
  • Dokumenterat goda resultat av försäljning i detaljhandeln är meriterande
  • God datorvana efterfrågas. Tidigare erfarenhet från SAP, HR+ och SoftOne är meriterande.

Utbildning

  • Gymnasieutbildning är ett krav
  • Eftergymnasial utbildning eller högskola är meriterande

Vi söker dig som har stort fokus på försäljning och en stark drivkraft att skapa lönsamhet. Du är kreativ och inte rädd för att testa nya vägar i ditt arbete. Vidare gillar du att arbeta i en ständig utveckling, ser och agerar utifrån hela butiken. Då du leder andra är det viktigt för oss att du är social, lyhörd, inkännande, uthållig, har god kommunikationsförmåga samt förmåga att kunna fatta beslut.
