Principais atividades:

  • Realizar abertura e fechamento de caixa, conferindo valores e documentos;
  • Registrar produtos no sistema, utilizando leitor de código de barras ou lançamento manual;
  • Efetuar recebimentos em dinheiro, cartões, PIX e outros meios de pagamento;
  • Emitir notas fiscais, cupons fiscais e comprovantes de pagamento;
  • Prestar atendimento cordial e eficiente aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas básicas;
  • Conferir troco e garantir a exatidão dos valores recebidos e devolvidos;
  • Manter o ambiente de trabalho organizado, limpo e adequado ao atendimento;
  • Apoiar na reposição de produtos próximos ao caixa, quando necessário;
  • Auxiliar no controle de filas, priorizando agilidade e qualidade no atendimento;
  • Cumprir normas internas, políticas da empresa e procedimentos de segurança;
  • Zelar pelos equipamentos do caixa e comunicar eventuais irregularidades;
  • Seguir orientações da liderança imediata e colaborar com a equipe.

  • Garantir a acuracidade das operações financeiras realizadas;
  • Zelar pelo numerário sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Evitar erros, fraudes ou divergências no caixa;
