Buscamos un Analista de Tecnología (Redes,Telecomunicaciones y Infraestructura), listo para asumir retos de gran escala.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Garantizar el máximo rendimiento, seguridad perimetral, disponibilidad y continuidad operativa de nuestra infraestructura de servidores, servicios cloud (Azure), redes corporativas y telecomunicaciones en matriz y agencias a nivel nacional.

Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades:

  • Redes, Conectividad y Seguridad: Administrar la infraestructura de red LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLANs, Routing y Switching institucional. Gestionar y configurar túneles VPN (Site-to-Site y acceso remoto seguro). Administrar la seguridad perimetral a través de Firewalls Fortinet (gestión con FortiAnalyzer y FortiManager). Monitorear y optimizar enlaces de comunicación, tecnologías SD-WAN y coordinar técnicamente con proveedores de telecomunicaciones.
  • Infraestructura, Servidores y Cloud: Administrar plataformas de virtualización con VMware vSphere / vCenter y servidores físicos. Gestionar servidores bajo Windows Server y administración de Directorio Activo (Active Directory), DNS y DHCP. Administrar y desplegar servicios e identidades en entornos Microsoft Azure y Microsoft 365. Gestionar sistemas de almacenamiento empresarial SAN / NAS y proponer optimizaciones continuas a la arquitectura tecnológica.
  • Continuidad Operativa y Respaldos: Gestionar plataformas de almacenamiento, respaldos y recuperación de información con Veeam Backup. Participar activamente en la ejecución y pruebas de los planes de continuidad del negocio (BCP) y recuperación ante desastres (DRP). Mantener actualizados los diagramas de topología, procedimientos y documentación técnica de la infraestructura.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Formación Académica: Título de Tercer Nivel registrado en SENESCYT en Ingeniería en Redes y Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Telemática o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 a 3 años administrando redes corporativas, servidores (Windows Server / VMware), firewalls perimetrales y entornos Microsoft Azure.

Conocimientos Técnicos Indispensables:

  • Protocolos y arquitectura de red: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & Switching, VPN Site-to-Site y SD-WAN.
  • Administración de Firewalls Fortinet.
  • Administración de VMware vSphere / vCenter y Windows Server / Active Directory.
  • Almacenamiento empresarial (SAN / NAS) y herramientas de monitoreo de red.

Conocimientos y Herramientas Deseables:

  • Microsoft Azure y Microsoft 365.
  • Veeam Backup.
  • FortiAnalyzer y FortiManager.
