O que esperamos de você:

  • Graduação completa em Psicologia;
  • Registro Profissional (CRP ativo);
  • Experiência sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Vivência com olhar voltado à inovação, automação de processos de RH, uso de ATS/plataformas digitais e mentalidade orientada a dados (People Analytics);
  • Capacidade de conduzir alinhamentos estratégicos, entrevistas por competências e aplicação de testes;
  • Visão analítica para monitorar indicadores, mapear gargalos e propor melhorias contínuas nos fluxos da área.

Como será o seu dia a dia:

  • Conduzir alinhamentos de perfil com gestores, assegurando a compreensão técnica e comportamental da vaga;
  • Realizar triagem de currículos, condução de entrevistas por competências, aplicação e correção de testes comportamentais e psicológicos, e elaboração de pareceres/laudos;
  • Garantir a atração de profissionais alinhados à cultura e aos valores da cooperativa, promovendo processos ágeis e eficientes;
  • Monitorar, analisar e apresentar dashboards e indicadores-chave (como tempo de fechamento de vaga, assertividade de contratação e turnover inicial);
  • Mapear gargalos e propor melhorias contínuas nos fluxos, processos e ferramentas da área (como ATS e automações), otimizando a eficiência operacional.
