Gestão de resultados: responder pela evolução da margem financeira, receitas de produtos e serviços, eficiência operacional e resultado econômico do PA. Gestão de crédito e riscos: assegurar a qualidade da originação, acompanhar preventivamente a carteira, monitorar provisões, inadimplência e concentração de riscos, além de coordenar ações de recuperação de crédito. Captação de recursos: desenvolver estratégias para ampliação dos depósitos à vista e a prazo e fortalecimento do capital social. Desenvolvimento comercial: ampliar a base de cooperados ativos, aprofundar relacionamentos, identificar oportunidades de negócios e aumentar a participação da cooperativa no mercado regional. Gestão de pessoas: desenvolver equipes de alta performance, acompanhar indicadores individuais, promover feedbacks e fortalecer a formação de novas lideranças. Gestão estratégica: elaborar e executar planos de ação fundamentados em indicadores de desempenho, oportunidades de mercado e diretrizes institucionais. Cooperativismo: promover os princípios cooperativistas, fortalecendo o vínculo dos cooperados com a instituição e a geração de valor econômico e social.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

CPA ou C-Pro R.

Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins.

Negociação de produtos e serviços financeiros.

Técnicas de vendas.

Experiência na gestão de carteira PJ e PF.

Habilidades

Perfil de liderança.

Comunicação.

Capacidade de resolução de conflitos.

Requisitos

Residir na região;

Carga Horária

40h+ até 4h semanais de extensão para cursos e treinamentos, conforme CCT. Treinamento quinzenalmente aos Sábados de 08:30 ás 10:00 em formato online.
