Apoiar na emissão de notas fiscais de produtos e serviços, conforme pedidos, contratos e demais documentos de suporte; Conferir informações de pedidos, clientes, produtos, valores e condições comerciais antes da realização do faturamento; Realizar o cadastro e a atualização de clientes no sistema, mantendo as informações necessárias ao processo de faturamento; Acompanhar pedidos faturados e pendentes, verificando situações que necessitem de correção ou complementação de informações; Auxiliar no envio de notas fiscais, boletos e demais documentos aos clientes, garantindo o encaminhamento correto; Apoiar o controle dos prazos de faturamento, sinalizando pendências ou situações que possam ocasionar atrasos; Organizar e manter arquivados documentos físicos e digitais relacionados ao faturamento; Atender às solicitações das áreas internas, prestando informações sobre pedidos, notas fiscais e pendências; Apoiar o tratamento de divergências simples identificadas no processo, encaminhando situações de maior complexidade aos responsáveis; Manter planilhas e controles da área atualizados, contribuindo para o acompanhamento das atividades; Cumprir os procedimentos, normas e orientações internas relacionados ao processo de faturamento; Zelar pela limpeza e organização do ambiente de trabalho; Executar tarefas correlatas à sua função quando solicitado pelo superior; Respeitar as normas de segurança no trabalho; Utilizar adequadamente os EPI’s.
