Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analyse wiederkehrender IT-Probleme, Identifikation von Ursachen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Massnahmen zur Reduzierung von Störungen und Verbesserung der Systemstabilität
  • Technische Analyse und Reproduktion von Applikationsfehlern in Testumgebungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Softwarelieferanten und internen IT-Teams
  • Überwachung von Bankanwendungen und IT-Systemen sowie Optimierung, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Monitoring-Prozesse und -Tools
  • Konfiguration und Administration von Bankanwendungen (insbesondere OpenLease) gemäss Business-Anforderungen sowie Verwaltung von Systemeinstellungen, Workflows und Benutzerrollen
  • First- und Second-Level-Applikationssupport sowie Unterstützung im Major Incident Management inklusive Fehlerdiagnose, Priorisierung und Stakeholder-Kommunikation
  • Bearbeitung von Benutzerzugriffsanfragen und Verwaltung von Berechtigungen unter Einhaltung interner Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Dokumentation von Fehleranalysen, Workarounds und Konfigurationsänderungen sowie kontinuierliche Pflege der Wissensdatenbank

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung im IT Application Support, Application Operations oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise in einem komplexen IT-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Incident- und Problem-Management sowie Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management-Tools, insbesondere Jira und Confluence
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Applikationslandschaften und die Fähigkeit, Fehler systematisch zu analysieren und nachhaltige Lösungen zu erarbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in der Zusammenarbeit mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern sowie externen Softwarelieferanten
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei der Einarbeitung in komplexe Bankanwendungen
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Tools (insbesondere Splunk) sowie Grundkenntnisse in SQL zur Fehleranalyse und Datenanalyse von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse von Bankanwendungen, regulatorischen Anforderungen und IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
