Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und fachlich kompetente Stellvertretung des internen Projektleiters innerhalb der definierten Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Teilprojekten über sämtliche Projektphasen hinweg
  • Überwachung von Projektfortschritten, Meilensteinen, Ressourcen und Kosten sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Projektziele
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Projektrisiken, Abhängigkeiten und offenen Massnahmen sowie frühzeitige Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmassnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Aufgabenplanung, Priorisierung und konsequenten Nachverfolgung von Projektaktivitäten in Jira
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Sicherstellung eines transparenten und zeitgerechten Informationsflusses
  • Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung der vorgegebenen agilen Arbeitsmethoden und Projektmanagementprozesse
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren Projektdokumentation in Confluence sowie weiteren vorgesehenen Systemen
  • Aufbereitung und Dokumentation relevanter Projektinformationen, Lieferergebnisse, Entscheidungen und Statusberichte
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Projektabläufen sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beteiligten Anspruchsgruppen

Dein Profil:

  • Höhere Berufsbildung (HF) oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement sowie in der eigenständigen Steuerung und Koordination von Teilprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden sowie Erfahrung in der Anwendung strukturierter Projektmanagementprozesse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence zur Projektplanung, Aufgabensteuerung und Dokumentation
  • Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling, insbesondere in der Überwachung von Ressourcen, Kosten, Terminen, Meilensteinen und Risiken
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und koordinative Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und analytischem Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gutes Englisch von Vorteil
  • Sauberer Leumund ist zwingend
  • Erfahrung in Projekten der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder im sicherheitsrelevanten Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Zertifizierungen in HERMES, IPMA, PRINCE2 oder agilen Projektmanagementmethoden von Vorteil
