Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du gewinnst Neukunden im Umfeld öffentlicher Verwaltungen und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen gezielt zu langfristigen Key Accounts weiter.
  • Du unterstützt öffentliche Verwaltungen und öffentlich-rechtliche Organisationen in der Deutschschweiz dabei, ihre IT-Projekte mit den passenden externen IT-Fachkräften erfolgreich umzusetzen.
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Prozess, von der Ausschreibung über die Koordination der passenden Fachkräfte bis zur erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung und Kundenbetreuung. Dabei wirst du von unserem Talent Acquisition Team unterstützt.
  • Du unterstützt dein Team bei der Evaluierung öffentlicher Ausschreibungen und der Erstellung entsprechender Angebote.
  • Du pflegst eine enge, partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kunden und baust nachhaltige, vertrauensvolle Geschäftsbeziehungen auf.

Du bringst mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Account Management in der Personalberatung, idealerweise im Umfeld öffentlicher Verwaltungen.
  • Eine vertriebsstarke, kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
  • Einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine tagtägliche Arbeit
  • Ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigenmotivation
  • Lust in einem humorvollen, kompetenten und wertschätzenden Team zu arbeiten
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
