Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung der technischen Lösungsfindung von der Konzeption über das Lösungsdesign bis zur Einführung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Architekten und Entwicklungsteams
  • Analyse, Erhebung und Dokumentation fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in funktionale und nicht funktionale Anforderungen sowie umsetzbare Systemspezifikationen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität, Vollständigkeit und Konsistenz der Anforderungsspezifikationen
  • Moderation und Klärung fachlicher sowie technischer Fragestellungen mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Schaffung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses zwischen Business und IT
  • Begleitung der Umsetzung und Durchführung von End-to-End-Tests zur Sicherstellung der Lösungsqualität
  • Definition und Abstimmung von Testfällen im Rahmen des User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Testing und Qualitätssicherung

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Requirements Engineer im Banking-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Analyse, Spezifikation und Dokumentation von Anforderungen
  • Fähigkeit, Anforderungen in präzise und umsetzbare Spezifikationen zu überführen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Systemdesign mit Fokus auf Daten, Funktionen, Schnittstellen und Prozesse
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Software-Entwicklungsprozess, idealerweise in agilen Umgebungen (SAFe, Scrum)
  • Ausgeprägte End-to-End-Denkweise sowie Erfahrung im Testing und in der Qualitätssicherung
  • Sehr gute Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Zertifizierung im Requirements Engineering von Vorteil (z. B. IREB, BABOK, IIBA oder vergleichbar)
  • Einwandfreier Leumund ohne Betreibungs- oder Strafregistereinträge
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
