Deine Aufgaben:

  • Identifikation und Vorprüfung von Investitionsopportunitäten im Schweizer Immobilienmarkt
  • Erstellung und Einreichung unverbindlicher sowie verbindlicher Kaufangebote
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen
  • Analyse, Bewertung und Plausibilisierung von Immobilieninvestitionen
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Gremienanträgen
  • Führung von Vertrags- und Kaufvertragsverhandlungen
  • Zusammenstellung, Aufbereitung und Prüfung von Objektunterlagen im Rahmen von Vendor Due Diligence
  • Organisation, Pflege und Betreuung von Datenräumen
  • Ausschreibung, Mandatierung und Steuerung externer Broker und Berater
  • Koordination mit Notariaten, Grundbuchämtern sowie weiteren externen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Dokumentation und eines adressatengerechten Reportings
  • Selbstständige Leitung und Steuerung von An- und Verkaufsprojekten über den gesamten Transaktionsprozess hinweg
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und Entscheidungsgremien
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung von Immobilientransaktionen
  • Mitarbeit bei Markt-, Standort- und Investitionsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Opportunitäten

Dein Profil:

  • Universitätsabschluss in Wirtschaft, Architektur, Jurisprudenz oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Zusatzausbildung im Immobilienbereich von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) im Real Estate Transaction Management
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Immobilientransaktionen und Direct Investments
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Immobilienmarktes
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung und im Real Estate Advisory Umfeld
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denkvermögen
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung von Transaktionsprojekten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Wüest Dimensions und Immopac sowie Kenntnisse von GaraioREM von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssicherheit im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung mit weiteren Immobilien-, Bewertungs- oder Research-Tools von Vorteil
  • Affinität zu digitalen Arbeitsmethoden und KI-Anwendungen von Vorteil
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Professionelles Auftreten und sicherer Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Anspruchsgruppen im Immobilienumfeld
  • Fliessend Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
