Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung mehrerer strategischer Transformationsinitiativen und Programme
  • Erstellung und Pflege einer integrierten Roadmap, eines übergreifenden Scopes sowie eines umfassenden Delivery-Plans
  • Koordination von Business Ownern, Fachbereichen und relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Steuerung und Überwachung initiativenübergreifender Abhängigkeiten
  • Verantwortung für Risiko-, Issue- und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management und Steering Committees
  • Sicherstellung von Transparenz bezüglich Fortschritt, kritischem Pfad und erforderlichen Entscheidungen
  • Koordination von Anforderungen aus den Bereichen Risk, Compliance, Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz und Enterprise Architecture
  • Planung und Begleitung von Testing-, Migrations-, Implementierungs- und Decommissioning-Aktivitäten
  • Sicherstellung klarer Verantwortlichkeiten und aktives Schliessen von Ownership-Lücken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business- und Technologieorganisationen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung strategischer Vorhaben
  • Unterstützung der nachhaltigen Verankerung und Realisierung des Business-Nutzens aus den Transformationsinitiativen

Dein Profil:

  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Transformationsprogramme, Projekte oder strategischer Initiativen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer paralleler und voneinander abhängiger Workstreams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in:
  • Projekt- und Programmmanagement
  • Integrierter Planung
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Governance und Management Reporting
  • Entscheidungs- und Abhängigkeitsmanagement
  • Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT
  • Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse auch ohne direkte Führungsverantwortung erfolgreich umzusetzen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Management und Steering Committees
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
