Som receptionist hos Coor på vores kontrakt med Bygningsstyrelsen (som er ministerier og styrelser), vil du ikke kun være ansigtet udadtil, men også en central del af vores daglige drift. Dette er ikke en traditionel receptionistrolle – du vil, på nogle af lokationerne, bevæge dig en del rundt i huset og udføre en bred vifte af serviceopgaver. Som receptionist sikrer du en smidig og effektiv arbejdsdag for alle medarbejdere og besøgende. I denne stilling vil du bære uniform, som bliver udleveret af Coor.

Som receptionist hos Coor er du omfattet af overenskomsten for området: HK Funktionæroverenskomst.

Dine primære opgaver:

  • Velkomst og registrering af gæster
  • Telefonomstilling
  • Serviceopgaver rundt om i huset som fx håndterer printere, fylde op i printerrum mm
  • Håndtering af post
  • Assistere med praktiske opgaver rundt omkring i bygningen
  • Særlige opgaver som fx varebestillinger og kontering af disse i kundens faktureringssystem

Din profil:

  • Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med at arbejde i Outlook, og apps på en smartphone. Hvis du derudover har erfaring med Maximo er det en fordel men ikke et krav.
  • Det er en fordel hvis du tidligere har arbejde i servicebranchen eller i en stilling hvor du har haft med mennesker at gøre, fx restaurationsbranchen, institutioner, butikker, hotel eller lignende.
