Coor søger en erfaren Pricing Lead til en nyoprettet rolle, hvor du får ansvaret for at etablere og udvikle vores tilgang til pricing og indeksering.

Du bliver drivkraften bag udviklingen af et mere struktureret og datadrevet pricing-setup og får en central rolle i at sikre, at prisjusteringer, mark-up, fees & charges samt øvrige kommercielle muligheder håndteres ensartet og værdiskabende på tværs af organisationen.

Rollen er for dig, der motiveres af at bygge noget op, skabe overblik i komplekse sammenhænge og omsætte analyser til konkrete resultater.

Om rollen

Som Pricing Lead får du ansvaret for at etablere processer, governance og samarbejdsstrukturer inden for pricing og årlige prisjusteringer. Du skal sikre, at kontraktuelle muligheder for prisregulering identificeres og udnyttes, samtidig med at du skal udvikle en mere strategisk tilgang til prissætning.

Du driver den periodiske indeksering på tværs af organisationen, følger op på resultaterne og analyserer effekten. Derudover får du en central rolle i at etablere og facilitere pricing councils med deltagere fra drift, commercial og finance for at sikre fælles beslutninger og en ensartet implementering af aftalte prisstrategier.

Dine primære ansvarsområder

  • Udvikle og implementere prissætningsstrategier på tværs af Coor
  • Etablere og drive en fælles pricing- og indekseringsproces
  • Drive periodisk indeksering og systematisk opfølgning
  • Analysere effekten af indeksering og understøtte forretningsmæssige beslutninger
  • Fastsætte rammer for priser, mark-up, og fees & charges
  • Sikre effektive processer for opdatering af priser i relevante systemer
  • Skabe fælles forståelse for cost-strukturer på tværs af Commercial, Finance og drift
  • Udvikle retningslinjer for indekseringsmekanismer til forskellige kundetyper
  • Drive Pricing Councils og styrke samarbejdet mellem drift, Commercial og Finance

Din profil

Vi søger en selvstændig profil med solid erfaring inden for pricing eller beslægtede områder. Du har lyst til at tage ejerskab for et område med stort potentiale og trives med at skabe struktur, retning og resultater.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring fra en rolle inden for pricing, commercial excellence, revenue management eller lignende
  • Kan drive udvikling og forankring af processer i en kompleks organisation
  • Har stærke stakeholder management-kompetencer
  • Forstår sammenhængen mellem kontraktvilkår, økonomi, og kommercielle muligheder
  • Er pragmatisk og handlekraftig
  • Har gennemslagskraft og evner at udfordre forretningen konstruktivt
