Customer Experience Hostina/Aulapalveluhenkilönä tehtävänäsi on ottaa ihmiset lämpimästi vastaan ja varmistaa heille sujuva ja mutkaton palvelu. Pääset osaksi hyvähenkistä tiimiämme, jossa työskentelee parikymmentä coorilaista ja yhdessä sekä ylpeinä työstämme vastaamme finanssialan asiakkaamme pääkonttorin arjen sujumisesta.

Tämä tehtävä on vakituinen ja kokoaikainen (37,5 h/vko). Työvuorot sijoittuvat arkipäiville vaihdellen klo 7-17 välille. Toivomme, että voisit aloittaa tehtävässä marraskuun aikana. Palkkaus määräytyy kiinteistöpalvelualan toimihenkilöitä koskevan työehtosopimuksen mukaan. Huolehdimme, että saat hyvän perehdytyksen tehtävään ja Coorin toimintatapoihin. Sinulle kuuluvat Coorin työsuhde-edut kuten lounas- ja virike-etu, laaja työterveyshuolto sekä vapaaehtoinen sairauskassa.

Mitä työnkuvaasi kuuluu?

Työnkuvasi on monipuolinen, ja olet tärkeässä roolissa luomassa hyvää ilmapiiriä ja mahdollistamassa asiakkaiden työpäivien sujumisen. Customer Experience Host -tehtävään kuuluu ottaa vieraita vastaan jo ulko-ovelta asti ja varmistaa vieraiden sujuva ja lämmin vastaanotto. Työnkuvaasi kuuluu myös tavallisia aulapalveluhenkilön tehtäviä, kuten kokous- ja neuvottelujärjestelyistä huolehtimista sekä kuriirilähetyksistä ja postituksesta vastaamista.Työ pitää sisällään myös muita toimistotyötehtäviä.

Toivomme, että sinulta löytyy erinomainen asiakaspalveluasenne sekä itseohjautuvuutta, tarkkuutta ja oman työn hallinnan taitoja. Etsimme ulospäinsuuntautunutta henkilöä, joka hoitaa sujuvasti perinteiset aulapalvelutehtävät ja toteuttaa hallinnolliset rutiinit sekä pystyy toimimaan vuorovaikutuksessa erilaisten ihmisten kanssa. Asiakaspalveluasenteen lisäksi meitä coorilaisia yhdistää kehittävä työote.

Lisäksi tarvitset:

  • aikaisempaa työkokemusta aulapalvelutehtävistä
  • sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa
  • erinomaiset IT-perustaidot ja kyvyn ottaa uudet järjestelmät nopeasti haltuun

Tehtävään valitulle henkilölle tehdään huumausainetestaus ja henkilöluottotietojen tarkastus.
