Tehtävä on erinomainen tilaisuus sinulle, jolla on aikaisempaa kokemusta esimerkiksi teknisen kiinteistöhuollon tehtävistä tai projektien vetämisestä rakennusalalla, sekä vahva asiakaspalveluasenne. Tarjoamme sinulle vakituisen ja kokoaikaisen (37,5 h/vko) työsuhteen. Työvuorot ovat arkisin vaihdellen klo 7-17 välillä. Toivomme, että voit aloittaa tehtävässä mahdollisimman pian. Työskentelet osana Coorin tiimiä asiakkaamme tiloissa Espoon Otaniemessä, hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella.

Sinulle kuuluvat myös Coorin työsuhde-edut, kuten lounas- ja virike-etu, laaja työterveyshuolto sekä vapaaehtoinen sairauskassa. Perehdytämme sinut tehtävään ja saat myös jatkossa kollegoiltasi tarvittavaa tukea.

Millainen työnkuva on?

Facility koordinaattorina vastaat toimiston arjen sujuvuudesta sekä vastaat tilamuutosprojektien vetämisestä. Tehtäviisi kuuluu muun muassa kiinteistökierrokset, korjaustöiden tilaukset ja valvonta, tarjousten pyytäminen ja tekeminen sekä raportointi. Työskentelet yhteistyössä eri sidosryhmien, kuten paloturvallisuuskonsultin ja kiinteistöhuollon kanssa. Tarvittaessa avustat myös muissa toimiston tehtävissä.

Toimit asiakkaan ja Coorin sekä useiden alihankkijoiden välisenä linkkinä arjen asioissa. Tulet työskentelemään osana asiakkaan facility tiimiä kansainvälisessä tiimissä, jossa työkielesi on pääasiassa englanti. Tarvitset kuitenkin myös sujuvaa suomenkielen taitoa menestyäksesi tehtävässä.

Facility koordinaattorilta odotamme myös luottamuksellisuutta sekä itseohjautuvaa työotetta sekä mielellään teknistä taustaa. Tehtävässä olet vastuussa tilamuutosprojekteista ja rakennustyömaaseurannasta, joten katsomme eduksi aikaisemman kokemuksen projektijohtamisesta.

Lisäksi odotamme:

  • Teknistä kiinteistöhuollon tai rakennusalan osaamista aiemman työkokemuksen kautta
  • Hyvää tietoteknistä osaamista (Office 365 ohjelmat)
  • Sujuvaa suullista ja kirjallista suomen- ja englanninkielen taitoa
