Coor on yksi Pohjoismaiden johtavista kiinteistöpalvelualan yrityksistä. Coor Suomen kiinteistöhuoltoliiketoiminnan palveluksessa työskentelee yhteensä yli 150 ammattilaista erilaisissa kiinteistöjen yllä- ja kunnossapidon tehtävissä sekä ulkoalueiden hoidossa useilla eri paikkakunnilla Hangosta Rovaniemelle. Työsuhde: vakituinen ja kokoaikainen (37,5 h/viikko)

Aloitus: sopimuksen mukaan

Työvuorot: arkisin kello 7-15 välillä

Palveluohjaajana huolehdit, että homma kentällä toimii, ja kaikki tietävät tehtävänsä ja vastuunsa. Työskentelet yhdessä alueen esihenkilön kanssa ja osallistut viikko- huolto- ja urakoitsijapalavereihin. Päivittäisiin työtehtäviisi kuuluu myös toimia omien vastuukohteidesi kiinteistönhoitaja vastaten kiinteistöjen ylläpito- ja huoltotehtävistä. Toivomme, että sinulla on päivystysvalmiutta, kun olet perehtynyt asiakaskohteisiin.

Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä Coorin tiimien lisäksi asiakaskohteiden henkilökunnan kanssa ja huolehdit sujuvasta yhteydenpidosta kiinteistöjen käyttäjiin. Asikaskohteisiimme kuuluu muun muassa hoivakoteja, kouluja ja päiväkoteja. Pääset osaksi hyvähenkistä porukkaa, missä asioita tehdään ja toisiin luotetaan.

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

Olet työskennellyt kiinteistöhuollon tehtävissä jo useamman vuoden, ja sinulla on tehtävään sopiva koulutus sekä kokemusta tiimin työn ohjaamisesta. Hallitset sprinklerijärjestelmät, paloilmoittimet ja kiinteistöautomaatiot. Pidät ihmisten kanssa työskentelystä, ja jaat mielelläsi osaamistasi muille. Sinulla on silmää hyvälle asiakaspalvelulle, eikä myynnillisestä otteestakaan ole haittaa. Sinulla on hyvä työturvallisuusajattelu.

Tarvitset tehtävässä B-ajokorttia sekä suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa. Lisäksi tarvitset työturvallisuuskorttia, mutta koulutus voidaan järjestää työsuhteen alettua. Tehtävään valitun henkilön on esitettävä ennen työsuhteen alkua oikeusrikosrekisterikeskuksen rikosrekisteriote, jonka laki lasten kanssa työskentelystä (504/2002) edellyttää.
