Coor on yksi Pohjoismaiden johtavista kiinteistöpalvelualan yrityksistä. Coor Suomen kiinteistöhuoltoliiketoiminnan palveluksessa työskentelee yhteensä yli 150 ammattilaista erilaisissa kiinteistöjen yllä- ja kunnossapidon tehtävissä sekä ulkoalueiden hoidossa useilla eri paikkakunnilla Hangosta Rovaniemelle. Työsuhde: vakituinen ja kokoaikainen (37,5 h/viikko)

Aloitus: sopimuksen mukaan

Työvuorot: arkisin kello 7-15 välillä

Kiinteistönhoitajana työnkuvaasi kuuluu alueesi kiinteistöjen ylläpito- ja huoltotehtäviä. Teet päivittäisiä tarkastuskierroksia, raportoit mahdollisista vioista tai puutteista sekä teet pieniä korjaustehtäviä. Työnkuvaasi kuuluu myös ulkoalueiden vuodenajan mukaista hoitoa. Toivomme, että sinulla on päivystysvalmiutta, kun olet perehtynyt asiakaskohteisiin. Työskentelet eri kohteissamme koko Kanta-Hämeen alueella.

Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä Coorin tiimien lisäksi asiakaskohteiden henkilökunnan kanssa ja huolehdit sujuvasta yhteydenpidosta kiinteistöjen käyttäjiin. Asiakaskohteisiimme kuuluu muun muassa hoivakoteja, päiväkoteja ja kouluja.

Lisäksi tarvitset:

  • Aikaisempaa työkokemusta kiinteistöhuollon tehtävistä sekä aurauskokemusta
  • Sujuvan suomen kielen taidon
  • B-ajokortin

Tehtävään valitun henkilön on esitettävä ennen työsuhteen alkua oikeusrikosrekisterikeskuksen rikosrekisteriote, jonka laki lasten kanssa työskentelystä (504/2002) edellyttää. Tarvitset tehtävässä työturvallisuus- ja tulityökorttia, mutta koulutukset voidaan myös järjestää työsuhteen alkaessa.
