Coor Suomen kiinteistöhuoltoliiketoiminnan palveluksessa työskentelee yhteensä yli 150 ammattilaista erilaisissa kiinteistöjen yllä- ja kunnossapidon tehtävissä sekä ulkoalueiden hoidossa useilla eri paikkakunnilla Hangosta Rovaniemelle. Työsuhde: vakituinen & kokoaikainen (37,5 h/vko)

Aloitus: mahdollisimman pian

Työvuorot: talvella sään mukaan kaikkina viikonpäivinä yö- ja päivävuoroissa, muina vuodenaikoina pääsääntöisesti klo 7-15 välillä

Ulkoaluetyöntekijänä vastaat kauden mukaisista ulkoaluetöistä eri kohteissamme Rovaniemen keskustan ympäristössä. Talvella työnkuvaasi kuuluu lumen auraus pyöräkuormaajalla ja teiden hiekotus. Lisäksi tehtäviisi kuuluu muita kiinteistöjen ylläpitoon kuuluvia tehtäviä sekä muina vuodenaikoina muun muassa nurmikon leikkuuta ja istutusten hoitoa.

Huolehdimme, että saat hyvän perehdytyksen kohteisiin ja Coorin toimintatapoihin. Saat myös käyttöösi Coorin työsuhde-edut, kuten lounas- ja virike-edun, mahdollisuuden liittyä vapaaehtoiseen sairauskassaan sekä laajan työterveyshuollon. Palkkaus tehtävään on sopimuksen mukaan.

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

Etsimme henkilöä, kenellä on aikaisempaa aurauskokemusta sekä B-ajokortti. Olet reipas työntekijä, joka kykenee työskentelemään myös itsenäisesti. Lisäksi sinulla tulee olla valmius työskennellä joustavasti eri viikonpäivinä ja eri aikoihin vuorokaudesta, etenkin talvikaudella. Eduksi katsomme kiinteistöpalvelualan koulutuksen.
