VARTIJAKORTILLISTA AULAPALVELUHENKILÖÄ

Aulapalveluhenkilönä pääset työskentelemään mielenkiintoisessa ja monipuolisessa toimintaympäristössä vaihtelevien työtehtävien parissa osana tiivistä työporukkaa. Tarjoamme sinulle vakituisen ja tarvittaessa töihin kutsuttavan työsuhteen. Aloitus tehtävässä on mahdollisimman pian. Työvuoroja on tarjolla aina tarpeen mukaan arkisin vaihdellen klo 7.30-15.30, 8-16 tai 9-17 välillä. Asiakaskohteemme sijaitsee Espoossa hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella.

Huolehdimme, että saat hyvän perehdytyksen kohteeseen ja Coorin toimintatapoihin. Saat myös käyttöösi Coorin työsuhde-edut, kuten lounas- ja virike-edun sekä mahdollisuuden liittyä vapaaehtoiseen sairauskassaan.

Aulapalveluhenkilön työnkuva

Aulapalveluhenkilönä teet monipuolista asiakaspalvelutyötä kansainvälisessä ympäristössä, asiakkaan viihtyisissä tiloissa.

Tuleviin työtehtäviisi kuuluu muun muassa:

  • vieraiden vastaanottamista ja opastamista
  • neuvottelutiloihin ja kokoustekniikkaan liittyviä avustavia tehtäviä
  • erilaisten palvelupyyntöjen vastaanottamista, välittämistä ja seurantaa
  • postin, rahdin ja kuriirilähetysten vastaanottamiseen ja lähettämiseen liittyviä tehtäviä
  • kamera-, kulunvalvonta sekä hälytysjärjestelmien käyttöä

Aulapalvelu on asiakkaallemme tärkeä palvelu. Asiakkaan henkilökunta turvautuu aulan apuun monissa heidän tehtäviensä ja toimintojensa kannalta keskeisissä asioissa. Palveluumme luotetaan ja sitä arvostetaan.

Mitä toivomme sinulta?

Hallitset hyvin tavanomaisimmat toimisto-ohjelmat, ja toimistoympäristön tavallinen tietotekniikka on sinulle tuttua. Perehdytämme käytössämme oleviin järjestelmiin ja laitteisiin, mutta aiempi kokemus tai ymmärrys erilaisista teknisistä turvallisuusjärjestelmistä on eduksi. Kansainvälisessä ympäristössä tarvitset hyvän suomen kielen lisäksi hyvää suullista ja kirjallista englannin kielen taitoa.

Lisäksi tarvitset tehtävässä:

  • Vartijakortin
  • EA1 kortin ja työturvallisuuskortin, mutta koulutukset voidaan tarvittaessa järjestää myös työsuhteen alkaessa
  • B-ajokortin (ajokortti on eduksi, mutta ei valituksi tulemisen edellytys)

Tehtävään valitulle henkilölle teetetään perusmuotoinen turvallisuusselvitys ennen töiden aloitusta. Lisäksi henkilöluottotiedot tarkastetaan ennen työsuhteen alkua.
