Hva skal du jobbe med?

Som tilkallingsvikar blir du en nøkkelperson i vårt Operation Center. Her får du en variert og ansvarsfull rolle i skjæringspunktet mellom administrasjon, teknisk drift og kundeservice.

Du vil ha en sentral funksjon i å sørge for at våre tjenester leveres effektivt, strukturert og med høy kvalitet. Rollen krever høy grad av selvstendighet, initiativ og evne til å koordinere flere prosesser parallelt.

Dine viktigste arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Planlegge og følge opp arbeidsordre i kundens og Coors systemer.
  • Opprette og håndtere innkjøpsordrer, kontrollere fakturaer og utføre fakturering.
  • Utføre forefallende Ad-hoc oppgaver og være en støttefunksjon.

Hvem er du?

Vi søker deg som har/er:

  • Minimum 3 års videregående, gjerne innen økonomi/administrasjon.
  • God økonomiforståelse
  • Gode IT-kunnskaper (Excel er en fordel).
  • Positiv, fleksibel og samarbeidsvillig lagspiller.
  • Strukturert og løsningsorientert, med god oversikt i hektiske situasjoner.
  • Krav om gode norskferdigheter, både muntlig og skriftlig.
