Arbejdssted og arbejdstider:

  • Sted: København K
  • Antal timer: 37
  • Arbejdstid: Mandag til fredag kl. 7-14.54

Dine primære opgaver:

Som køkkenchef er du en del af den samlede drift i køkkenet, i forhold til alle arbejdsopgaver.

  • Ledelse – ansvar for køkkenet
  • Indkøb + Menuplanlægning
  • Budgetansvar for drift af kantinen
  • Deltagelse i den daglige drift
  • Mødeforplejning/arrangementer

Din profil:

  • Du har erfaring som køkkenchef eller souschef
  • Du er faglært kok eller cater
  • Du kan arbejde med PC og tablets på brugerniveau

For at blive ansat på vores kontrakt med Bygningsstyrelsen skal du kunne PET sikkerhedsgodkendes. Det betyder, at Politiets Efterretningstjeneste (PET) foretager en sikkerhedsundersøgelse, der vurderer, om du kan arbejde i miljøer, hvor sikkerhed er afgørende. Coor får ikke adgang til oplysningerne. Du skal bl.a. have boet (uden afbrydelser) i Danmark de seneste 7 år. Alle over 18 år som har adresse på husstanden, bliver også tjekket.
