Vi söker nu en erfaren och engagerad Eldriftledare till vårt uppdrag vid Gävle sjukhus. Här får du möjlighet att kombinera teknisk specialistkompetens med samordning, planering och utveckling i en komplex miljö där driftsäkerhet är avgörande för vårdens verksamhet.

Om rollen

Som Eldriftledare ansvarar du för drift, säkerhet och utveckling av sjukhusets elanläggningar. Du arbetar nära driftorganisation, elektriker, entreprenörer och kund för att säkerställa en robust och framtidssäkrad elförsörjning.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Ansvara för elanläggningarnas drift, säkerhet och regelefterlevnad.
  • Planera, samordna och följa upp drift- och underhållsinsatser.
  • Vara tekniskt stöd i frågor som rör elanläggningar och elsäkerhet.
  • Delta vid driftomläggningar, planerade avbrott och incidenthantering.
  • Säkerställa rutiner, dokumentation och utveckling av arbetssätt.
  • Samverka med verksamheten för att minimera påverkan på sjukhusets kritiska funktioner.

En viktig del av uppdraget är att säkerställa driftsäkerheten i sjukhusets kritiska system såsom ställverk, reservkraft och UPS-anläggningar.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som trivs med stort ansvar och motiveras av att arbeta i en samhällsviktig verksamhet. Du är trygg i din tekniska kompetens, arbetar strukturerat och har förmåga att kombinera långsiktig planering med operativa insatser. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende, samarbeta med olika intressenter och kommunicera på ett tydligt sätt. Samtidigt är du självgående, lösningsorienterad och behåller lugnet även när verksamheten ställer höga krav.

Kvalifikationer

  • Gymnasieutbildning inom el eller motsvarande kompetens
  • Godkänd ESA-utbildning
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med elanläggningar i driftkritiska miljöer
  • Kunskap om distributionsnät, reservkraft och UPS-system
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, tal och skrift
  • B-körkort

Meriterande

  • Auktorisation A
  • Erfarenhet av högspänningsanläggningar
  • Erfarenhet från sjukhus, industri eller annan verksamhetskritisk verksamhet
  • God kunskap om ellagstiftning, ESA och relevanta standarder

  • Sysselsättningsgrad: Heltid 100 %
  • Arbetstid: Måndag till fredag 07-16
  • Startdatum: Enligt överenskommelse
  • Provanställning: 6 månader
