【職務内容】

（安全衛生）

・事業所としての労働安全衛生活動、マネジメントシステムの維持・改善活動の推進

・労働災害の防止、業務に起因する健康障害の予防、作業および作業環境の管理等安全衛生管理に関する事業所の各種活動の企画、推進および取りまとめ

・安全衛生管理に関する法令、規定、自主基準の順守についての事業所内組織への指導

（環境）

・事業所としての環境保全活動、環境負荷低減活動、マネジメントシステム（ISO14001）の維持・改善活動の推進

・汚染予防、地球温暖化防止、省資源、廃棄物削減等環境負荷低減に関する事業所としての各種活動の企画、推進および取りまとめ

・環境保全に関する法令、規定、自主基準の順守についての事業所内組織への指導

（防災）

・防火設備の維持管理

・危険物管理

・所内避難訓練の立案・実施

【必須要件】

・マネージャー候補の人材を希望しているため、企業内で安全衛生、環境の実務経験が１5年以上

・部下マネジメント経験

・安全衛生マネジメントシステムを事務局としての運営経験

・環境マネジメントシステム（ISO14001）を事務局としての運営経験

学歴：高卒以上（工業高校、専門学校、理工系学部卒業者歓迎）

＜歓迎要件＞

・EHSマネージャー経験

・労働安全衛生分野の専門知識（安全衛生法・安全衛生規則、安全基準・衛生基準、機械の包括的な安全基準に関する指針、危険性又は有害性等の調査等に関する指針等）

・環境管理分野の専門知識（水濁法、大防法、廃掃法、土壌汚染対策法、PRTR法、省エネ法と温対法等）

・環境法規を熟知し、届出関係の実務経験者

・資格：公害防止管理者（水質２種）、衛生管理者（１種）、危険物取扱者（乙種4類）

【勤務形態】

08：20 ～ 17：10（実働7時間50分） / 休憩1時間（平均残業時間 20時間程度） フレックスタイム制およびテレワーク勤務制（月6日限度）有

勤務地：刈谷事業所 愛知県刈谷市小垣江町南藤1

最寄り駅名古屋鉄道名鉄三河線小垣江駅 徒歩12分/マイカー通勤可

受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙（屋外喫煙可能場所あり）

休日休暇：

■休日 週休二日(土日) 年間休日126日（GW、夏季、年末年始、祝日、会社記念日）
